NABCO RETURN POLICY
- Returns will be accepted within 45 days of the original purchase and are subject to a 20% restock fee.
- All shunt trip breakers and hardware kits are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges on all returns that are deemed to be customer error.
- All material claimed to be defective will be tested by NABCO upon receipt and credit will be issued upon results of testing.
- Restocking fees are assessed on an individual basis and all circumstances are taken into consideration. Please contact NABCO in order to discuss any restocking fee issued.
